I have really enjoyed the experience I have had whilst learning. I have completed two courses, first I completed my CACHE Level 3 for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator) and then I moved on to my CACHE Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children and Young People’s Services.

I am grateful for the easy communication I had with my tutors, I found it really reassuring throughout my studying to have support from my tutor whenever I needed it. My tutor helped guide me through the courses and encouraged me throughout the duration by giving me positive feedback and constructive feedback where needed, I really appreciated this! My tutor was knowledgeable of the course and was able to help me whenever I struggled. I am also very appreciative about how efficient the marking was of my assignments and how my tutor really aimed to help me succeed. It kept me going knowing that my tutor was so hands on with my course progress.

I am loving my qualification! Although I’m an experienced practitioner, it’s making me think differently about my practice. I’m reflecting, making changes and growing as a professional.

It’s been amazing! My tutor was incredible, they gave me all the support I needed and I’m so proud of my qualification, knowing that I’ve completed it to such a high standard.

The Lead Internal Quality Assurer qualification has enabled me to lead my team effectively. The consistency I’ve been able to develop through standardisation of my assessor team has made a huge impact on our course delivery, thank you!
